Which coins and networks can my customers pay with?

USDT and USDC on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum and Optimism. Each payment gets one deposit address that works on all of them, so the customer can pay from whichever network their wallet holds funds on.

How do I get my money?

You choose in settings. USDC goes straight to your wallet as soon as the payment confirms, with no fee. Or we pay you naira or Kenyan shillings in one to three business days, with a 1% fee.

Which currencies can I be paid out in?

Nigerian naira (NGN) to your bank account and Kenyan shillings (KES) to mobile money. For dollars, we pay USDC straight to your wallet on Base, usually within minutes. We convert your stablecoin balance at the day’s rate and show you the rate on every payout.

What if a customer sends the wrong amount?

If they send too little, the checkout asks them for the balance to the same address. If they send too much, the payment is flagged in your dashboard so you can sort it out with them.

What if they pay on the wrong network?

The deposit address is the same on every supported network, and the first transfer decides which network the payment uses. The checkout only lists networks we support.

Do I need to verify my business?

Yes. Live payments and payouts open after a short business verification, which you complete from the dashboard.

Do I need a developer?

No. Payment links and invoices are created from the dashboard. If you want payments inside your own app, the API needs one call to create a payment and one webhook to confirm it.

How is my account protected?

You can turn on two-factor authentication for sign-in, give each teammate only the role they need, and every webhook we send is signed so your server can check it came from us.
